Supplied as an example of work by Germaine Systems, this is the circuit diagram (schematic) of the electrical control system small machine recently built for a food preparation equipment manufacturer.

This is a small machine, During the CE marking procedure, The machine was deemed to require an enhanced safety control. The control system uses a Pilz PNOZ X1 and two contactors to ensure that a single component failure cannot inhibit the emergency stop from working.

The design is simple and low-cost, while still ensuring operator safety and standards compliance.

References to the original customer have been removed.

The Capflow PCB was manufacture from 1989 to 2009 to give an enhanced and reliable replacement for any capflow PCB in FORDS capping presses. The controller was badged for sale by two companies, Aluminium Capping Services and BWI - Fords Packaging Systems. The unit is no longer available but we still provide support. the circuit diagram (schematic) is supplied her in .pdf format, you will need a reader like Evince or Okular.

This program is a simple calculator application with a built-in Vickers Hardness (HV) function.
It was programmed as part of a much larger project to calculate and store Vikers Hardness machinery data.
It is offered here free of charge and as-is.  The program is available as a windows installer and will run on most flavours of windows or wine.
